The thing that makes our famous version of vanilla ice cream really stand out from the crowd is the quality of the Madagascan vanilla we use, and the careful manner in which we use it. First we extract the flavour from the Bourbon vanilla pods. Then the seeds - and only the seeds - are added to the ice cream: a special touch of finesse that is typical of our dedication to quality. Vanilla Dream is one of those popular flavours that have been part of our range since the beginning.

Vanilla Dream

Vanilla pods are the fruit of orchids. They grow as parasites on trees in tropical forests. The pods, which are 15 cm long and a greenish-yellow colour, become dark brown and release their flavour after curing.

Vanilla has a sweet scent; the pods release their flavour when boiled.
