Double Crème & Meringues Ice Cream, wild berries, mascarpone, raspberry coulis
1 portion

1 tsp of each: Mascarpone, cream and kirsch, stir together, put on a plate

Add 60 g of each:  Mixed wild berries, powdered sugar and berry coulis

Add 2 large scoops Double Crème & Meringues

Garnish with lemon balm leaves
