Double Cream & Meringues ice cream, wild berries, mascarpone and raspberry coulis
1 portion

1 tsp of each: Mascarpone, cream and kirsch
Stir together and put on a plate

Add 60 g of each:  Mixed wild berries, powdered sugar and berry coulis

Add 2 large scoops Double Cream & Meringues

Garnish with lemon balm leaves
