Lemon & Lime sorbet with blue curaçao, lemon juice and bitter lemon tonic.

Ingredients

Mövenpick Lemon & Lime

For 2

3 oz (90 ml) of Blue Curaçao
3 oz (90 ml) of freshly-pressed lemon juice
7 oz (200 ml) of Bitter Lemon toni
2 scoops of Mövenpick Lemon & Lime
Ice cubes
½ lime, sliced, and zest of lime

Preparation

Plating:
Pour the curaçao, lemon juice, bitter lemon, Lemon & Lime sorbet and 8 ice cubes into a shaker.  Shake for 15 seconds. Pass through a sieve into pre-frosted (chilled) Martini glasses. Serve with 2 ice cubes and the slices and zest of the lime.
