8 mini-meringues
400 g sliced kiwis
160 g kiwi coulis
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Passion Fruit & Mango
8-16 small leaves of mint or lemon balm

Preparation

Plating:
Prepare the mini-meringues on a plate. Spread the kiwis over the top and drizzle with the kiwi coulis. Place the ice cream scoop and the sorbet scoop. Decorate with the lemon balm or mint leaves
