80 g pouring cream
80 g strawberry coulis
4 large scoops of Mövenpick Strawberry
8 large scoops of Mövenpick Raspberry & Strawberry
8-16 leaves of mint

Preparation

Plating:
Pour the cream with the strawberry coulis into a glass bowl. Add the scoops of ice cream and garnish with mint leaves.

Alternative:
Replace the strawberry coulis with a raspberry or blueberry coulis.
