Vanilla Dream ice cream with milk, Jamaica pepper and rum.

Ingredients

Mövenpick Vanilla Dream

For 4

Some grains of Jamaica pepper
480 ml milk
10 large scoops of Mövenpick Vanilla Dream
80-120 ml rum

Cappuccino:
4 cups of espresso coffee
Hot milk

 

 

 

Preparation

Plating:
Place the Jamaica pepper in the milk and bring to the boil.
Allow the mixture to infuse, filter it and leave to cool.
Mix the scoops of ice cream with the flavoured milk and the rum.
Pour the mixture into a glass.
